A successful project for Vattenfall
SubC Partner was hired to design, produce and install a Push-On Unit for Ampelmann Landing on Horns Rev 3 OSS.
(JibFlex is developed and patented by SubC)
The Push-On unit has a weight of 150 kg and had to be lifted in place in an area without any low-cost possibilities for use of a conventional crane.
As a solution, SubC decided to use JibFlex with a special connection to the platform, for moving and lifting the Push-On unit in place – safe and easy. After the project, our JibFlex was easily dismounted and prepared for a new job.
Jibflex is an innovative solution with many possibilities made in flexible lightweight aluminium modules – produced in our aluminium department in Esbjerg.
The JibFlex was developed for lifting operations where traditional equipment reaches its limits.
